When you connect to CloudXper, you can check the status of your resources in the form of a dashboard.
With this DCX, we have reorganized the dashboard design by combining the initial login screen for each user in the form of widgets, and we plan to continue to improve it by collecting user feedback.

1. Basic layout

When you access CloudXper, a dashboard consisting of widgets set by each user is displayed, and if you enter another submenu, you can return to the home screen by clicking the CloudXper logo in the upper left corner.
(The widget displayed on the first screen is a floating service, so it will continue to be displayed even when you enter another submenu, regardless of the dash screen. For information about chatbots, please refer to the link on the right. -  (Link) AI Chatbot

Dashboard area - You can view/control detailed cloud usage status in dashboard format using widgets set by each user.

 Edit Widgets - You can choose which widgets to display in the dashboard area.

2. Widget Editing Guide

There are currently a total of 14 widgets available for you to edit.

remind [Edit Widget] You can enable/disable each widget by clicking the button to Check or Uncheck each widget.

3.1. Notice of Announcement

You can check the main announcements posted by TSC/TAM managers on the TSC Portal.

3.2. Daily Key Notifications

You can check various cost/budget/monitoring notifications set through 'Notification Reception Settings'.

3.3. Number of Cloud Accounts

[Select Account]You can check the distribution of each CSP for the target account you selected through the search.

3.4. Favorites List

You can bookmark frequently visited submenus and quickly access them by making them the initial screen.

3.3 Shows the total inventory resources existing in the 'selected accounts' visible in the cloud account in quantity.

Clicking on each resource will link to a separate screen where you can view detailed information about that resource.

 

3.6. Inventory Increase/Decrease Trend

You can check the resource increase/decrease trend for the selected inventory resource for the last 6 days.

Information on the Inventory Increase/Decrease Trend feature (coming soon)

Currently, only four items are provided, the same as before: EC2 count, EBS volume size, DB RDS count, and total inventory count.
In the future [Select inventory] By clicking the button (there is currently no such button), you will be able to select a target resource for trend query as shown below.

 

3.7. Monthly Cost Trends

You can check the cost trends for the last 6 months of the selected account by changing CSP / Service / Account / Product. 

3.8. Daily Cost Trends

You can check the cost trends for the last 14 days of the selected account by changing CSP / Service / Account / Product.

3.9. Cost status compared to previous month

Compared to the same period of the previous month (ex. if you search on October 15, September 1 to September 11 are considered the same period of the previous month, and October 1 to October 11 are considered the current month)
You can check the current month's cost as a percentage by calculating the cost for the same period in the previous month as 100%.

(When costs increase compared to the previous month, the ‘previous month’ percentage ratio is displayed in red, and when costs decrease compared to the previous month, the percentage ratio is displayed in blue)

For more accurate information, you can also check simple amount information and previous month's cost by Product type in addition to the percentage rate.

 

3.10. Daily service cost comparison

You can check the daily service cost change difference compared to the previous day for the D-3 date as of today by changing CSP / Service / Account / Product.
(Example: If today is July 25th, the current day is July 22nd and the previous day is July 21st)

 

3.11. Top 5 Monthly Expenses

You can check the Top 5 information for the current month's expenses incurred from the 1st of the month to D-3 by changing the CSP/Service/Account/Product.
(If the current month falls between the 1st and 3rd, it is the monthly cost from the 1st of the previous month to D-3)

 

3.12. Top 5 Daily Costs

You can check the Top 5 information for costs incurred as of D-3 as of today by changing CSP / Service / Account / Product.

3.13. Compliance Status Trends

You can check the compliance status for the past 7 days or the past 6 months in daily/monthly graph format.

You can check the overall compliance status as of the current point in time.
