Key terms and FAQs related to authorization applications
Q. What is a service (settlement group)?
The concept of a service is a bundle of cloud accounts classified by CloudXper based on the nature of the system and the content of the service.
The classification criteria are provided by classifying them based on the code value of the purchasing system within LG CNS that processes costs incurred from cloud accounts.
This criterion is a classification criterion for cloud accounts that applies to both customer users and our own CloudXper users. If you need a separate classification, please contact the administrator email (cmpadmin.cloudxper@lgcns.com).
Q. How can I check the name of the service?
If you would like to apply for a specific service but cannot find the name, you can go to the "Cloud Account" tab and search for the cloud account ID you know to find the service name. Or, contact the administrator via email.
Q. The service (settlement group) I am looking for is not available.
After the integrated contract process of the three CSPs is completed, it will take at least 1 day and at most 2 days for your account to be registered with CloudXper. If you completed the integration on the same day, please check after 1 or 2 days, and if you still cannot find it, please contact the administrator email (cmpadmin.cloudxper@lgcns.com).
Q. What is a cloud account?
Based on the three CSPs, AWS uses the Linked Account ID (a 12-digit number that appears as the Account ID when logging in to AWS), Azure uses the Subscription ID (a 32-digit string that can be found in the Azure Portal > Subscriptions), and GCP uses the Project ID.
Q. What if the cloud account you want to search for is not found?
- We support searches within the CSP 3 cloud accounts that fall within the scope of the integrated contract service with the 3 CSPs provided by LG CNS.
- We only support cloud accounts that are not within the scope or for which we incur fees for our customers' users. If you cannot find the cloud account you are looking for, please contact us via the administrator email.
Q. The cloud account I'm looking for isn't there.
