Join the membership

Instructions on how to apply for direct membership

On the 'Sign Up' page of the CloudXper home screen, users who are not registered with CloudXper can create a user account.

  1. Go to the CloudXper login page.

  2. [Don't have an ID?]Click to go to the ‘Sign Up’ page.

  3. 'Consent to collection and use of personal information' After checking the details of the page, check whether you agree or not [OK]Click to agree.

  4. Basic information for membership registration 'Join the membership' After entering on the page [Join] Click the button to complete the process.

    ※ After completing membership registration, your password will be sent to the email address you entered. You can reset your password by logging in using the password you received via email.
    ※ If your company is not on the company list, please send an email to cmpadmin.cloudxper@lgcns.com. 
    ※ Partner users, please sign up with the main company. (For cnspartners, sign up with LG CNS, for upluspartners, sign up with LG U+)
    ※ Using Google OTP We recommend using MFA 2-factor authentication.(If not set, a daily notification email may be sent to the registered email address)

  5. Go to the email address you entered when signing up, check the initial password sent to you, and use that password to log in to CloudXper for the first time.
    The password you received via email cannot be used continuously, and you will be automatically asked to reset your personal password and log in again.

  6. You can use CloudXper after logging in. Since you do not have any permissions when you first log in,
