⭐⭐⭐ Handling exceptions in Power Schedule Management

This is a user guide for handling exceptions for resources registered in the Power Schedule Management Service that do not require management.

This guide will teach you how to handle/clear exceptions for specific resources.

1. Resource exception handling

→ Select the desired resources through the checkboxes on the left and select the Apply Exceptions button on the top right.

→ When you select the Apply Exception button, the following pop-up window will appear.

→ If you enter a note to record as an exception reason and click the Save button, the classification of the resource will be changed to an exception.

→ When searching for resources that have been exception-handled, you can check the contents of the memo written when exception-handling was performed in the "Memo" field, and you can confirm that the "Classification" status has been changed to an exception.

 

 

2. Cancel resource exception

→ Resources classified as “exceptions” are broadly divided into two types.

  1. Resources that are exception-handled through the user's "Apply Exception" action.

  2. Resources classified as unscheduled in "Power Schedule Options"

→ Select the resources that require exception cancellation through the checkbox on the left, and then select Cancel Exception from the Exception Settings button on the right.

→ When you click the "Save" button, the resource will be reclassified to the state before exception handling.

→ An exception handling function is provided for targets that you wish to exclude from the power schedule management target, and the exception cancellation function allows you to include them in the management target again.
