Cost Dashboard

Cost Dashboard

  • Provides monthly trends and daily details for cloud costs, as well as cost comparison functions over a specified period.

  • "Cost Report" provides the most up-to-date costs, but "Cost Dashboard" shows costs that is 2 hours out of date.

  • If you moves cloud accounts to a certain company or service, it will takes 1 day to renew.

1. Move to Cost Dashboard

  • Click ‘Cost Analysis’ > 'Cost Dashboard' on the menu to go to Cost Dashboard.

2. About Search Conditions

Currency Switch

  • You can change currency that is used to display costs. (KRW - USD)

Exchange Information

  • Each cost information will be calculated by CSP’s base currency and exchange rate. If you want to check the details of exchange rate, Click “View Exchange Rate Details“.

Search Conditions : You can select conditions from hierarchy (CSP / Company / Service / Account)

  • Company : Select companies for which you want to see costs. Selectable companies are based on checked companies in “Select Account” at the top right.

  • Service : Select services in a company.

  • Account : Select cloud accounts belongs to a service. (same as Project for GCP and Subscription for Azure)

  • Search Period : Select periods for which costs will be searched.

Month Selector

  • You can select a month to see certain costs in a month and Daily Cost Trends.

Monthly Cost (Actual)

  • It shows actual cost spends on a selected month.

Expected Cost

  • CloudXper AI expects cost spends based on monthly cost trends.

  • It shows actual and expected cost spends on each month.

Download Excel

  • You can get cost data by Excel format.
