1. Use the Right Sizing feature in the CloudXper Optimization Dashboard to check for over-allocated resources every month.

2. The downsizing reduction criteria are based on the initial conditions of CPU usage of less than 30% and memory usage of less than 30%.
(The initial condition is ≥ 97% of the usage rate less than 30% in the figure below, but this part can be modified to be more conservative as follows (100%).)
