Guide to connecting to CloudXper via OpenVPN

Guide to connecting to CloudXper via OpenVPN

  • CloudXper's basic policy is to allow access by individual client IP. (Each company opens the NAT IP used when communicating over the Internet)

  • If the public IP address on the client PC is not fixed and constantly changes, access is made via OpenVPN. In that case, please refer to the guide below.

1. Request for OpenVPN client key issuance

Ask your CloudXper representative to issue you a client key for OpenVPN and save it on your PC.

The certificate file is in the format vpn-certificate-expdate-DEC-25.ovpn, and you can check the certificate expiration date in the file name. Before expiration, apply for reissue at https://tsc.cloudxper.lgcns.com/tsc/home

2. Install OpenVPN client
