Invoice Dashboard

  • Provides monthly trends and daily details on your billing history, as well as the ability to compare billing amounts over a specified period.

1. Move the screen

  • Navigate to the "Invoice" > "Invoice Dashboard" menu.

2. Search conditions

Billing month

  • The billing month is set by default to 6 months prior to the current month, and the period can be selected up to 12 months.

  • The minimum month is February 2025.

Company (select only one)

  • The default is set to the topmost company among the companies the user has permission to use.

Billing statement signature (select only one)

  • The default is set to the top billing statement signature among the billing statements for which the user has authority.

You can specify other search conditions (billing ID name/CSP/service).

  • Billing ID Name: You can select one or more billing IDs belonging to the billing statement.

  • CSP: You can select one or more CSPs belonging to your company.

  • Service: You can select one or more services (settlement groups) belonging to your company.

Select billing month

  • The billing amount for a specific month during the inquiry period (billing month) is displayed, and you can check the monthly billing amount trend for the inquiry period.

  • This condition also affects the search results for subpages.

3. Billing amount trend

Billing Costs

  • Displays the amount of charges incurred during the month.

Search items

  • You can select either Billing ID or Billing Item for the inquiry item, and the chart will also change when you change the inquiry item.

Billing Costs trends

  • Displays your billing cost for each month. Hover your mouse over the chart to view detailed information via a tooltip.

Download Cost

  • You can download your monthly billing data in Excel format.

4. Comparison with the previous month by condition

Select search items

  • You can select search items for comparison with the previous month (billing ID name/cloud account/service type)

Top 5 Cost Rankings

  • Displays the cost ranking up to 5th place based on the selected search item.

  • It is displayed based on the month of use.

Cost comparison by search item compared to the previous month

  • Displays a comparison of costs compared to the previous month based on the selected search items.

  • It is displayed based on the month of use.

Exchange rate details button

  • When you click the button, a screen with monthly exchange rate (KRW/USD) information will pop up as shown below.

5. Usage fees per cloud account

The Parent Account column is hidden by default, clicking on it will display the column list as shown below.
Users can select the desired columns from this list to display on the screen.

Displays a comparison of the previous month's costs for each cloud account.

  • If you have a parent account, the parent account will be displayed.

Currency change switch

  • You can choose the currency in which the cost will be displayed: Billing currency/CSP currency.

  • If the billing currency and CSP currency are the same, it will not be displayed.

Exchange rate details button

  • When you click the button, a screen pops up with monthly exchange rate information (KRW/USD) as shown below. (Same screen as 4-5)
