Health Dashboard

You can check in advance whether there are any issues with the services you are managing by linking with the Health service provided by each CSP company regarding the status information (status) generated from services being operated/used in AWS and Azure.

GCP Service Health Information

For GCP, there is a similarly named service called “Google Cloud Service Health,” but unlike AWS/Azure, which provides health status information on a per-account basis,
This feature provides the status of Google Cloud's overall services in the form of region-specific notices, so CloudXper does not provide this feature.

1. AWS Health

※ AWS Managed Notifications

  • All Notifications: Total number of events.

  • Security: Number of events whose Category is Security out of all events.
    (Clicking the number allows you to view only those events.)

  • Health Operations: Number of events whose Category is Health Operations out of all events.
    (Clicking the number allows you to view only those events.)

  • Account Specific Issues: Number of events whose Category is Account Specific Issues out of all events.
    (Clicking the number allows you to view only those events.)

  • Billing Notifications: Number of events whose Category is Billing Notifications out of all events.
    (Clicking the number allows you to view only those events.)

  • Tab Classification: Allows you to filter and view events for the items described above, such as Open Issues, Scheduled Changes, and Other Notifications.

  • Summary View: Displays the basic results of the query.

  • Detailed View: After selecting an item from the results, you can click it to view more detailed information.

  • Detail Page: Shows detailed information for the selected result. By clicking a column, you can view not only the message issued by AWS, but also detailed information related to that column such as account, service, region, category, and more.

※ Health Events

    Open Issue: The number of AWS Health Events whose status is currently Open. (If you select a number, you can view only those items.)

  • Scheduled changes: The number of events for scheduled tasks scheduled for the next 7 days. (Select a number to view only those items.)

  • Other Notification: This is the number of events that occurred in other cloud accounts. (If you select a number, you can view only that item.)

  • Tab classification: You can filter and search for events for the Open Issue, Scheduled changes, and Other Notification items described above.

  • Search Results: You can check the basic search results for the searched information.

  • Detailed search results: After selecting an item for the search results, you can click the mouse to see additional information in more detail.

  • Detailed Status: The query results may be displayed differently from the Grid Status depending on the Grid Event Category value. (See the table below)

 

2. Azure Service Health

  • At the top, the number of events that are Active and have been updated within the past 28 days is displayed by Event type. If the number is not 0, selecting it will display only those items.

  • Tab classification: Select a tab by Event type to view only items that are Active and have been updated within the past 28 days, or select Health hitory to view all items.

  • Search Results: You can check the search results.

  • Detailed query results: When you select an item in the query results, detailed information about that item is displayed.
