Monitoring Events
Events occurring in monitoring solutions (CMS, TunA, UXM, etc.) used for MSP professional operation services are aggregated every 5 minutes, loaded into CloudXper, and provided to users for viewing.
(Please check with your professional operation service operator about whether an agent for each monitoring solution is installed.)
Top 5 Events: You can check the Top 5 services and account information, as well as the number of events, with the most events occurring on the same day.
Event occurrence status by time zone: You can check the number of events that occurred per cloud account (AWS, Azure, GCP) over the past 24 hours.
Filtering event query targets: You can search for history of current or past events by searching the monitoring target system and event occurrence time.
Event Details: You can check the details of the event detected through the event search target, and you can go directly to the corresponding solution through the shortcut button.
