Inventory Report

You can view daily, monthly, or user-specified trends for inventory resources being collected.

  • The search results are provided based on the basic search conditions for the daily report (7 days) selected based on the Account selected in the basic query cloud account.

1. Screen composition

At the top, search conditions are provided, resource quantity change trends for the resource type specified in the stop are provided, and at the bottom, resource statistics data in table form are provided.

1.1. Search Conditions

  • search requirement

    1. Report Type: Select monthly report or daily report (default: daily report)

    2. CSP: Choose between AWS, Azure, and GCP (default AWS)

    3. Inquiry period: Can be specified according to report type (monthly / daily)

    4. Region: Select the region to search (default: All, all regions, select a specific region if necessary)

    5. Statistical method: View inventory loaded data by average, minimum, and maximum (default: average)

    6. Services: Add/remove list of collected inventory services (default: select all)

    7. Search: Search by selected search criteria

    8. Generate Report: Export search results to PDF file

 

1.2 Resource Trends

  • Search Results (Graph) Provides reports retrieved based on search conditions in the form of a line graph. (Default: EC2, RDS trends provided)

    • You can change what is displayed in the graph by specifying services, data, charts, and chart options.

1.3. Inventory Search Results Report Table

  • Search Results (Table) Statistical data on resources searched through search conditions are provided in table format, and you can check the increase/decrease history by period and detailed information when selecting the increase/decrease history.

    • Detailed increase/decrease history inquiry: If you need to check the detailed increase/decrease history by service, you can select the service count for the corresponding month/date to check the increase/decrease history by cloud account and region.

1.4. Export inventory report

  • At the top of the inventory search results report table [Create Report] By clicking the button, you can receive a report in PDF format below.
