Inventory Dashboard (Federated Search)
This is a screen where you can view and integrate various resources in your inventory.
1. Screen composition
You can select or enter a filter at the top.
You can see the number of each resource found in the interrupt.
You can check the information of the searched resource at the bottom.
2. List all inventory
Since the default home screen has no search history, all inventory within the pre-selected account is displayed in a list format as shown in the image below.
Clicking on a specific inventory type will take you to the resource list screen for that inventory type.
3. Filter
You can enter inventory search criteria in the top search filter.
Select Search Target: Select the target to be searched. You can select CSP, Group, Type, Region, and Tag key values.
Select search content: A selectable list will be displayed based on the selected target, from which you can select or enter your own search terms.
Direct Input: You can enter your search content directly.
Before selecting a search target: Searches a list that includes the entered content for the entire search target.
In this case, the target will be marked as "Search" on the chip being generated.After selecting a search target: Searches the list that contains the entered content for the selected target.
Chip: When you select or enter search content, a chip will be created with the name "Search target: Search content".
You can delete chips by clicking the X button on each chip, or delete all chips by clicking the Clear Filter button.Refresh: Search again with the currently specified filters.
Search Settings Detail Popup
If you click the settings icon on the right side of the icons at the top of the search results list, a settings pop-up will appear, and you can preset frequently used basic search conditions.
Manage search settings
Ability to save and reload set filters and columns.
Selecting a viewed setting will load that setting. Clicking the Apply button in the pop-up will apply the loaded setting.
Search: Filter the list of saved settings by entering the setting name.
Actions
Set as default: Sets the settings as default, so that when you go to the integrated search screen, the search will be done with the specified settings.
Delete: Deletes the setting.
Enter a setting name: Enter the setting name to save and press Enter or click the Save icon to save.
If you enter an existing name and save it, it will be overwritten.
Select Column
You can select the columns that are displayed in the search results list.
Common: Columns that all resources have in common. You can select or deselect the CSP, Group, Type, Name, Account, and Region columns.
Computing: Columns for computing-related information. You can select or deselect the IP, Instance Type, and State columns.
Tags: You can select various tag keys to add or remove them from the column.

4. Search results list
Depending on the search conditions entered in the filter window, the search results are displayed as follows.
At the top left of the search results list [Export Button]You can click to download the search results as a CSV file.
5. Resource Details
Clicking on any column in the searched list, except ID, will display detailed information about that resource.
6. Status information by resource
Click on the ID in the searched list, or click on the inventory resource type for which you want to view a detailed list in the 'All Inventory List'.
You can check additional inventory status details for that resource type.
