This is a screen where you can register/check your inquiries and check shared inquiries from others.

① My inquiry

You will see a list of inquiries you have registered.

② Shared inquiries

When another user with the same cloud account/service/company authority as me registers an inquiry

If you select , the inquiry will appear in this list.

The items that appear on the inquiry registration form are as follows:

title

Write a title that will be displayed in the list

Inquiry Type

  • Technical Support

  • Account or Billing

  • CloudXper or TSC Portal

Type Details

※ This item is visible only when you select 'CloudXper or TSC Portal' in 'Inquiry Type'..

  • How to Use Inquiry: Select if you have an inquiry about a specific function of the portal.

  • Improvement Request: Select if you would like to suggest improvements to the portal.

  • Error: Select if an error was detected while using the portal.

Inquiry target

Select the scope of your inquiry (company/service/cloud account)

Inquiry Category

Select the category of your inquiry (multiple selections possible)

(User input not allowed) You can check the name of the person in charge after your inquiry is received.

Priority

Choose from 'Very Low' - 'Low' - 'Medium' - 'Urgent' - 'Very Urgent'

Progress

(User input not allowed) Check the progress of your inquiry

Public scope

  • Private: Visible only to me and the admins

  • Public to users with the same permissions: Your inquiry will be shared with all users with the same permissions as you.

    - You must select a specific target, not the entire company, in the single inquiry target.

Attach a file related to your inquiry (up to 10)

reply

Area where you can see the reply entered by you and the person in charge of your inquiry (or another administrator)

※ caution

- Administrators can only reply to inquiries that have been officially registered by the inquirer by clicking 'Contact Us'.

- Inquiries in the ‘Temporary Save’ status can only be viewed by the inquirer, and only the inquirer can reply.

 

④ View detailed inquiry information

You can view detailed inquiry information by clicking on a single item in the list. (Closed items cannot be modified.)

1) Double-click the reply body to open the reply editing area, then click the ‘Edit Reply’ button to save the edited content.

2) Click the X button to delete the reply.

3) Post a comment.

4) Register the attached file.

5) End of inquiry with completed response: If the person in charge has completed the response, the inquirer 

 - If the answer is sufficient*: Click the 'Close Inquiry' button to complete the process and then write your feedback/rating.

 - If the answer is insufficient*: Add a new reply to return the inquiry to the status before 'Answer Complete'

 You can take one of the following actions:

 

Once you have registered your inquiry, it cannot be deleted.

Unlike the reply, inquiries registered on the TSC portal cannot be deleted.

If you have made a mistake in your application or need to close it, please contact the portal manager and click 'Close Inquiry'.
