TSC Portal Guide
If you have any questions regarding CloudXper,
CloudXper ProOps, LG CNS's MSP service, is used for notifications, task reception, and user inquiry response.
On the first screen of the TSC (Technical Support Center) portal [CloudXper/TSC Portal/Tableau Inquiry] You can submit your inquiry by clicking the button.

2.1. Click the [Contact Us] button on the TSC Portal main page.
2.2. Posting inquiries or work requests
Inquiry type "CloudXper"Please check that it is as follows and write your inquiry/request according to the detailed inquiry type below.
Cloud Account Permissions: Used when you want to map and obtain permissions between CloudXper users and cloud accounts that exist in CloudXper.
Request inventory collection: Used when you want to request inventory information collection for an account that only collects billing information.
Inquiry on how to use: Use this if you have any questions on how to use CloudXper.
Improvement Request: Use this if you have any improvement ideas or requests for CloudXper features.
Error: Use this to report bugs/errors.
