My Cloud

Users logged into CloudXper can obtain permissions to view a list of currently accessible cloud accounts and view the users belonging to each account.

 

  1. Click on your user name at the top right of the screen, then click on ‘My Cloud’ to enter the window to check the list of accounts with permissions.

  2. Check the list of all cloud accounts you have.

  • Company : Company name

  • Service: Service name agreed upon between MSP operating contract and CloudXper collection registration

  • Account ID: CSP account ID (GCP is the project name)

  • Account: Account name agreed upon between MSP operating contract and CloudXper collection registration

  • CSP: AWS, Azure, GCP Classification

  • e-mail: Email address of the person in charge who negotiated the MSP operating contract or CloudXper collection registration

  • Joined: The date the account was linked to CloudXper.

  • Contract Details: Whether the account is subject to the MSP contract

  • Expense incurred (3M): Whether expenses have been incurred in the last 3 months (column added in June 23rd to identify whether the account is still in In-Service due to the existence of resources that incur expenses)

  • Operating Agreement: If an MSP operating agreement is registered for the cloud account, the name of the agreement

  • Contract Validity: If an MSP operating contract is registered for the cloud account in question, whether the contract is valid

  • Contract Entry Status: Whether contract information was entered into the system when registering CloudXper for the cloud account in question.

  • Operation Target: Whether the cloud account is subject to MSP operation

  • Collection Permissions: Check if CloudXper collection settings are normal and if there are insufficient permissions, what permissions they are.
